About
Provides pathways to success for students in the Winchester/Frederick County (Va.) Area. We believe all students have a chance for success when they have partners on the pathway to success. Opportunity Scholars will pay most expenses associated with their education and professional/medical certifications, thus giving scholars the opportunity to graduate with little debt and enable them to quickly engage in the community.
